Each November, a sea of 30,000 flags fills Sunnybrook’s grounds, a breathtaking display of gratitude for the nearly 150 Veterans who once served Canada and now call Sunnybrook home. Each flag is planted by Sunnybrook volunteers, the Canadian military and our community, made possible through the generosity of donors. On Remembrance Day morning, they awaken to this moving tribute, a reminder that their courage, sacrifice, and service will never be forgotten.
